- Communicate from top to bottom employee. Let employee know they are appreciated. More training from trained employee.
What I like about the company
Pd sick and vacation days. Paid more than minimum wage.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication. Continued cutting hours without a warning. Tend to make an employee feel beneath them.
