Company Culture

They been in business for many years and talked it well but that business' demands changed daily.

Support from management

The store I worked in was a distance from the rest of the region. Management from Market manager was not informative or supportive

Teamwork

For the knowledge that my direct manager had she was great. Not much help from her direct supervisor. But the management team helped each other a great deal

Internal Communication

Between my coworkers it was fair but a lot of distrust higher up

Office / Work Environment

No lunches or breaks and mostly on your feet

  • Send management from region to all stores more often
