As an employee of the membership desk, I was expected to go out in the field with my manager to recruite new members.
We always worked as a team to get the best numbers, we shared ideas to be the best.
Freedom to work independently
We worked alone for the most part. But they have expectations that must be met.
We were informed daily of all actions and successes
Office / Work Environment
The membership desk is by the front door, so it can get drafty
There's a recycling bins in the back, they do a great job if preventing an impact of the earth.
Must be on time regardless of life issues. We had different shifts that over lap by maybe 10 minutes, to let the next person go home for the day. It's very strict!
Management was always made safety number 1
I had to meet a quota every time I went out in field and in the store
Suggestions for improvement
- Nothing at this time. Overall it's a good company to work for. Just do your best and shine.
What I like about the company
Friendly people to work with. Great opportunity to move up within or transfer stores. Benefits are good and above normal ratings.
What I dislike about the company
Some policies, but they are there for a reason.
The following benefits were offered to me
