Suggestions for improvement
- Be available for your employees and do not think that they are always okay when you continue to pile clients and additional work on them when you are only looking at reducing your bottom line. You will continue to loose good/great employees that were dedicated but have lost drive and then move on! Have confidence in employees, not just write them off.
What I like about the company
I originally respected the company as they believed in there employees and the dedication to our Employer, though they did not have that dedication to there own employees. They were not concerned with employees but only numbers, dollar numbers.
What I dislike about the company
that each employee is just a number. Most supervisors know longer know your name, they have grown so much that they forgot who was making them the company they were.
