The company culture is to please the boss and be perfect as opposed to teamwork and thoughtful work.
Support from Management
Communication is quite limited and often impolite. Expectations and goals are assumed, not expressed. Employees are almost never engaged in any decision making process.
There are some individuals who strive to work well together in an honest manner but largely the culture is "eat what you ki11". There is much "managing up" as opposed to teamwork.
