Suggestions for improvement
- Human Resources should report directly to the General Manager - it currently reports the Manager of Administration which is a conflict of interest. Safety should have more of a role in the performance review process and does not receive upper management support. Stop promoting individuals just because they have been with the agency for a long time and a career progression program should be in place.
