Suggestions for improvement
- Offer more competitive pay. Be more open about pay structure in general.
Can talk to management about issues, promote from within, brewery on site, gym, nutritionist on site, relaxed dress code, building is great, free fruit everyday and bagels on Monday, training for jobs, supervisors very approachable, food days every month,training to be able to help other depts
Pay levels. I work in a group that's on low end of pay scale. But starting pay is higher than other employers. Above minimum wage pay. But management is actively working on pay scale
Honestly, one star is too much.
The pay is a joke.
My time here provide me with experience.
The pay was a joke, the managers are very out of touch with the struggles of being an employee, or maybe they just don't care. It's a very stressful a chaotic work environment that is not for the faint of heart. Favoritism is a part of the company culture and no matter how hard you work and excel, if you are not within the elite group, do not expect any advancement.
