Leadership has zero idea of what it takes to perform the work. Mandatory overtime to pull work in from the next month because they continuously cannot hit their numbers.
There is very little career development. The only people that stay are the ones that cannot find jobs anywhere else or are too lazy to leave. There is no time given for career development.
