They put on a cloak that they have a good atmosphere.
They say they have a Open Door Policy, but you can not go above your immediate supervisor.
They back stab each other to gain a "Look At Me".
I built a trust to go from on site to remote.
They would change their minds often. They would say they want something, then in mid stream or after production would want everything changed.
Big change for the worse since 2011. New CEO in 2017 may change it.
Lots of job cuts in 2015-16. Employee surveys indicate many feel insecure
Senior management does not always value diverse ideas.
Strong brand identity.
Culture has changed significantly for the worse since 2011.
