Are you a Current or Former Employee? Current employee
This company does not practice what they preach. The employees are very rarely ever shown any appreciation for the hard work they put in. Their idea of showing us appreciation is buying us pizza or donuts when we're short. Or when it's nurses week they give out clementines that are already rotten. They used to at the very least give us meals on holidays but now even that doesn't happen. Staff is so sick and tired of feeling unappreciated and the morale is so low here that the turnover rate is getting higher faster. When you want to take time off its like pulling teeth.
Support from Management
Head staff has poor communication skills and no personable skills at all. They don't involve staff in any decision making whatsoever, but they will ask for your input and pretend like they are taking it into consideration. When staff consistently calls out and or just does not show up for their shift, there is little to no reprimand. They honestly can't even afford to fire anyone, because they're already so short staffed as it is. When a staff member threatened another staff member, there was no action taken whatsoever. How we feel is not taken into consideration, and we are treated like robots not human beings.
