Suggestions for improvement
- Improve training opportunities. Increase pay scale. One has to live on this pay whether it is part time or the two full-time positions offered. Take a look at the clothing that you are selling and stop repeating patterns and colors over and over.
I like about the employer
That it was a destination store for the plus size woman. Very needed in Appleton WI.
I dislike about the employer
The store needs a well-trained and hands-on district manager and store manager. The company should be proactive in confirming all training is being completed. This isn't the comment wanted, but it is pertinent to the overall operation and satisfaction and retaining good staff.
