Senior management did not care about personal goals and we're not supportive in trying to help you achieve them.
Suggestions for improvement
- A complete restructure is necessary. There is no transparency with regards to communication. Based on salary most staff qualify for the programs that they refer the disenfranchised to. There is not opportunity for advancement and the company itself is not very adaptive and practice very primitive methods of business and record keeping.
