Suggestions for improvement
- Streamline and improve communication processes in upper and middle-management. Rid the company of naysayers and negativity as it rips the morale and motivation out of employees. Salaried employees seem overworked and underpaid, as do hourly workers, however; at least they are not required to work over 40 hours.
I like about the employer
Great colleagues and people who truly care.
I dislike about the employer
Management tends to be scattered and communication is difficult between departments. This makes the agency function somewhat as a silo, because it is large with many departments and heavy middle-management. Pay does not justify the workload in many cases.
