Suggestions for improvement
- Instead of attempting to find ways to take on new programs to generate more government monies, they should pare down top management overhead, and concentrate on the programs that they do well
I like about the employer
They are caring to the clients they serve.
I dislike about the employer
They care little for the employees who work there, particularly the caregivers. Morale is very low. The employees feel they are not valued for their work. As a social service agency which relies on government funding to continue its mission, virtually all management decisions are numbers driven to keep the money coming in. Moreover, there is little or no loyalty to the employees or lower level managers. It is viewed (accurately) as an employer who will "get rid of you in a heartbeat,"
