Support from management
Direct store manager is great. Hire up and corporate are not as helpful
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees , offer better rates of pay , review upcoming changes with employees instead of just throwing them at us when we figure out something is different. Offer more incentives for all employees
What I like about the company
My location is close to my home and kids schools
What I dislike about the company
Company changes things with out telling us , do not want to pay over time and serious repercussions should have to go into over time.
Can't leave for lunch for more than 30 minutes. Lunches have to be taken before a certain time c even when there is only 2 on 2 coverage.
Do not like to give raises. I've only gotten the max 10 c after being there 6 years.
Can only take one Saturday off a week. Not allowed to take more than one week pto off even if you have the time. Even though they require more and more no incentives to do more or work harder to do more .
