What I like about the company

AN OPORTUNITY TO TRAVEL, WORK FROM HOME BASE, MEET A DIVERSE GROUP OF PEOPLE

What I dislike about the company

NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE, NO COMPENSATION FOR ON CALL WITCH IS ON A ROTATION BASIS UNTIL THE WORK LOAD GETS HEAVY OR OTHER EMPLOYEES LEAVE, ( VERY FREQUENTLY ), EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE INCLUDING MANAGEMENT, NO SICK PAY, PAY INCREASES ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN
