  • When applying for a CBSi position, make sure that your resume and qualifications are in line with the information listed in the job description before applying. Our hiring teams are diligent about creating job descriptions that accurately and appropriately describe the requirements and qualifications necessary for the job. So, as a candidate, please update your resume to reflect your background and experience as it relates to our open jobs.

  • We prefer all applicants to apply directly online either through a designated job board where our role is posted or on our career site at:

  • We have an internal recruitment team that reviews and processes all of our candidate applications. Once you apply, our recruiters will do a first review of your application and resume to verify if you are a fit for the role. If so, they will do a first round of phone screens with you to learn a little bit more about your background and qualifications. After the initial phone screen, if the recruiter still believes you are a fit for the role, they will send your application to the Hiring Manager for review. Hiring managers typically do a second phone screen and then in-person (or video) interviews with the team before making final decisions.
