HR & supervisors will protect them selves even though they are wrong. Do truly listen or care even though they say they are, just know they are not!
Suggestions for improvement
- They would greatly benefit from creating an "ombudsman" office. A non CBU HR person appointed for providing a check and bslance on activity/issues and honestly listening to the voice of the employee. The ombudsman would oversee the investigation of complaints of improper employee activity against other employees. The company lives by the letter of the law of their policies & procedures showing/saying they care about their employees but in the end it's really only to protect themselves. If they truly cared about their employees and their working cuture, they would have from having an ombudsman.
What I like about the company
Full tuition assistance is great, however, this benefit leads to a culture of self protectionism and cut throat activity against others to protect themselves and this benefit at all cost (cost of others).
What I dislike about the company
Employer 403b 8% matching funds.
