Suggestions for improvement
- Bring more business. Otherwise do it solo. If you can't do it solo give employee shares/portion of CCDI. That way they have vested interest. Employee likes stability and growth not promise of them. Having a temporary job is better than not having one, of course. Nonetheless, a temporary/insecure gig on itself it not a benefits. You can't expect anyone to have vested interest on the basis of a bad gig.
What I like about the company
Nothing. In fact, I felt being taken for granted.

somewhat hostile working environment.
