Support from Management
Great Supervisor. Can't say the same for upper management which was less visible and over demanding.
There were trainings, but the positions could feel stagnant. You had to be a favorite to get promoted to management, it wasn't just based on work ethic.
At some point there was no water for employees due to budget cuts.
It was just hard to work on a 35 hour schedule, there was far more work involved and no overtime pay.
