There will always be a need due to current laws requiring schools to provide services to children with certain special needs
We worked with children with disabilities, so the schools were well equipped to meet their needs.
We were given training to prevent crisis, but sometimes clients became aggressive.
I was a behavioral therapist so every day brought new challenges.
Inclusive / Diverse
Employees worked in schools and homes, so diversity wasn’t determined by the company.
Suggestions for improvement
- There should have been more team building to encourage unity throughout the company.
What I like about the company
It was rewarding to see the kids I worked with grow and mature over time.
What I dislike about the company
There wasn’t much support of staff by the company due to the structure of the company.
