Suggestions for improvement
- I would improve communication and supervisors should only hire employees that they trust to work with their clients, because if supervisors show their employees that they are not trusted, it makes the working environment awkward and anxiety-ridden.
What I like about the company
I worked with amazing coworkers who helped welcome me into my position as a DSP and to guide me as I continued to work with various clients. I received support from my supervisor and coworkers, especially during challenging situations. It was a great environment to work in, even throughout the most challenging days. The staff supported each other well and that made things go smoother.
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes there was miscommunication between staff at various sites which would set back improvements being made in various sites for clients.
