Suggestions for improvement

  • Listen to your employees more. We aren’t just complaining, we’re telling you how we feel. There’s only so much our managers and hr can do if the higher ups don’t want to change.

What I like about the company

My manager is great and he is always supportive. My coworkers are what keep me here, we have a great group of people and I’ve made some very nice friends. Our hr lady is helpful whenever we need her. Our building location is also very nice and in a good location.

What I dislike about the company

Upper management doesn’t seem to really understand what it’s like to not be at the top. Pay your employees better for the hard work we do. Benefits are good but have gotten too expensive.
