Suggestions for improvement
- Improve compensations and give Bonuses based on performance across the board.Remove accruing PTO and give PTO beginning of year as part of perks.Top management need to more personable so the gap between staff and managers is closed.Improve on flex time so there is work-life balance.

Co-workers/people are nice on the floor, team work is great.
What I dislike about the company
Management only care about themselves, very selfish e.g Bonuses are only for managers and they forget we the people do the most job, merits are almost to none-very bad and PTO is accrued and managers are very bad to their employees. employees.
