They don't even talk to you. They don't learn what you do or what type of person you are, they just assume!
Attitude towards older colleagues
They treat you like you are stupid and talk down to you
Suggestions for improvement
- To actually sit with the departments, learn what they do and how it runs. Together you can tweek things that need to change. Don't make decisions for a department based on your internet research.

What I dislike about the company
They are cheap and want your office to run on a skeleton crew,but they want you to do your job plus fill in on overnight shifts to fill the gaps.
