People are spread too thin but teamwork is fairly good despite low morale.
Support from management
Immediate boss was great. Upper management is entitled and out of touch and really doesn't care about the employees.
Freedom to work independently
Too much on one person's plate. No back up. Hard to take time off.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is low and responsibilities are high. Raises are small.
Suggestions for improvement
- They really need to hire more staff and pay them what they are worth in order to keep quality help.
What I like about the company
Rewarding to work with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
What I dislike about the company
Executive level seems more concerned with the bottom line instead of the individuals or the employee's needs.
