Work climate was not fair or trust worthy! Family members were getting promoted without any qualifications. Being friends with the right people was the only way to get promoted. Your qualifications did not matter!
Support from management
Employees were never involved in the decisuon-making process. Managers were like the dumping ground. Senior managers and executive members did not support the managers. Managers were blamed for all the negative outcomes.
Freedom to work independently
Lack of team work environment! The managers were over worked, burned out and there was a lack of compensation.
Lack of communication! Managers did not receive the necessary information to perform to the agency's expectations.
Attitude towards older colleagues
All employees that were older received unfair treatment. CDS Monarch found ways to terminate them without making it so obvious.
Office / Work Environment
Over worked, under paid, and employees felt unappreciated.
Company did not support fair trade. As mentioned previously, CDS Monarch shows a lot of favoritism.
Families were not taken into considerations. They expected you to work Long hours, be on call and gave you a hard time in flexing your hours.
There was always a job reconstruction. The fair of losing your job was high. Theyou were creating jobs without any job postings. You only heard of promotions through email.
It was difficult to be proud of your work because no one acknowledged your accomplishments. All of the meetings focused more on negative factors.
