Year end vision day good. Not able to incorporate new companies and employees into process.
Support from management
Allow new employees to learn and do not expect perfection when the instructions are not clear and consistent.
Some groups able to work well together. Established employees not willing to train or share important information with new employees.
Once a week safety communication. Human resources provided health tips and contests.
Weekly safety email communication.
Suggestions for improvement
- Update training documentation. Training should be learning-by-doing manner.
What I like about the company
Work was interesting and company is in position for growth.
What I dislike about the company
Established employees seem to have a distrust of new employees. The company wants to grow but does not have recently acquired fully incorporated.
