They hire older workers, but they are in an environment of mainly young people.

There is no work-life balance. At any time you could be told to work overtime from 4 to 8 hours because of minimum manning issues.
Job security is fairly stable due to staffing issues.

- They should have staff meetings, instead of supervisor meetings so everyone receives all the information.
What I like about the company
I like the fact that it showed me the role it plays in a small community.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like the favoritism, the in fighting that goes on between the shifts, and the arrogence of many of the staff. Alot of staff members can't seem to leave their personal problems at home when they come to work.
