I do not feel trusted to do my job and I do not feel that I am treated as an adult.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would allow dress down days, leaving early or late as needed for family situations without having to take a full or half day off, maybe sick leave could be by the hour or half hour. Do not micromanage.
What I like about the company
I love working with the kids. My coworkers are fantastic. I have great health benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Poor work climate, not trusted or treated like an adult, not transparent. They want everyone to be like-minded and drink the kool-aid. Believing in your employees and focusing on the things that truly matter would go a long way. Creating positive professional development to help support rather than punish.
