There is a huge separation between managers, departments, and upper management. It truly depends on who you're working under.
Freedom to work independently
Some days you may not see a supervisor or manager.
It is up to each department to share these figures and some don't care if seasonal employees know.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There has been huge improvements over the years.
I currently have reached my limit of growth only in 5 years.
Overall compensation for your work
My compensation is, but many positions pay minimum wage and ask a lot out of unskilled labor for no compensation.
Office / Work Environment
Offices are severely behind on the technology curve.
Attempts have been made to improve recycling, but it is still very limited.
It's very hard to leave work at work, whether it's phone calls or texts.
It is a brand new position that could be taken away next year.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would improve employee housing and increase positions over minimum wage. I would raise all positions to a comparable rate as other positions at different companies.
What I like about the company
I have met some of my best friends and even my husband through the company and I wouldn't trade them for the world. Everyday when the park is open we get to make dreams come true. There is nothing better than that!
What I dislike about the company
Housing for seasonal employees is terrible. The buildings need to be completely gutted and redone.
