Suggestions for improvement
- Let go of toxic employees, expand the accounting department, hire another operations manager to form a checks & balance system, hire more people to dispurse the work fairly.
What I like about the company
Weekly meetings helped keep morale somewhat, lots of great people worked there, very diverse coworkers, nice office location, job security (due to high work load), was able to learn a lot in the short time I was there.
What I dislike about the company
There was far too much drama among some of the employees (which management would sometimes perpetuate/participate in), and there were cliquey people. Management would put too much work or pressure on certain departments while clearly favoring others with more pay for less work. Management would monitor all conversations via computer so there was no semblance of privacy or trust.
