Suggestions for improvement
- Be on the same page with the district as a whole.
Department wise, I loved my coworkers. They were very helpful and worked towards a cohesive learning community.
Decisions were made at a district level, with input from teachers that was usually disregarded. Instructional mandates were instituted with little or no administrative or financial support.
Very into collaboration, but most recently mandates have been instituted to keep all teachers of the same subject on the same "page" district wide, so that interschool transfers are easier.
