- Following through with those who aren’t performing at best
The company and management recognizes hard work and encourages time off to prevent fatigue and stress and to take care of importance issues whenever possible. I had a loss in the family 4 months after I started with the company during a very busy season for my role. Management was completely supportive of the time off to mourn.
