Suggestions for improvement
- Either remove the head supervisor and shop lead from their positions or do intensive training on developing better communication skills. Stop forcing good employees to meet unrealistic production goals and then threaten to terminate them when they don't make the goal or a mistake. The plant operations manager needs to engage in employee relations more. Especially with new employees. He ignored me on purpose the whole time I was there. Very rude and made me think he's hiding something.
I like about the employer
Newer machinery. Air conditioned year around. Overtime every week.
