- Positive reinforcing of employees below upper management
Never felt welcome in the company.
Micro managed from all sides
I appreciated the vehicle allowance that was offered and the outside training that I received from the restaurant brands that I was to oversee.
The beginning training that I received was horrible. Very piece meal and not well planned. The sales targets were ridiculous and impossible to attain. Also the group that I took over was in worse shape than was portrayed to me in the interview and onboarding process.
Too many little groups that do their own thing and don't work for the common good.
Don't know where they get their projections, but they are polyanna at best!
Too much back seat driving and your every move is watched carefully.
Not good. Too many people have say in what is going on in different departments.
Most locations do not have a back bench, so when a manager goes down, there is no one left to cover the location.
