Suggestions for improvement
- Sell the company to a pack of trained chimpanzees. They might have a better idea of how to run a company. Send the corporate lead-durrr-ship to college (Seriously. Many of them don't have any kind of a degree).
What I like about the company
I don't work there anymore. Anyone thinking about applying here would be better off flipping burgers. Trust me, the pay and hours will be much better.
What I dislike about the company
CEFCO pay is terrible. It is literally *the* lowest-paying convenience store company in Central Texas.
Raises, if any, are always late and insultingly low.
Turnover is company culture. Store manager is a revolving-door position. Don't get used to any particular leadership style, because he/she won't be there for long.
There is no work/life balance. If a manager wants you to work, he/she DOES NOT CARE what you are doing outside of CEFCO. Being scheduled to relieve your own relief crew is commonplace.
Corporate headquarters is beyond disconnnected from store level. They don't have a clue what goes on in store less than 20 miles from home office.
