Support from Management
There was no support from upper management-you were expected to know how to do everything perfectly without being shown how to do them. Store managers were overworked and underpaid and were severely limited as to how to manage employees.
There was a limited amount of teamwork between store employees.
Messages from the home office were always late or constantly being edited and resent so there was no consistency in the messages received.
