Suggestions for improvement
- Respect your drivers first and foremost. They help the company to get their product to a location on-time. Also treat your other employees like actual people and give them clear definitions of their jobs.
I like about the employer
The pay was decent for someone just finishing their undergraduate degree.
I dislike about the employer
There's a complete lack of communication between dispatchers, drivers and higher-ups within the company. The culture also seems to suggest that you have to know one of the managers personally to ever move beyond your current position. Raises are few and far between. The lack of respect for the drivers is also a key issue within this company.
