The company is ran out of a residence. In the Garage mainly, and it gets very confusing and messy. Your supposed to gather supplies and make sure you have everything that is yours.
Support from management
The Company Owner is a very lovely lady, but the Managers along side with the owner are all very family goal orientated. What benefits them works the best. Not to mention they are all very prude.
Most people get along. You either do or you don't, And when you don't, you don't.
Freedom to work independently
The company plays favorites. They will only give you work if you kiss their butts and make them like you.
When you need help they arn't there, but when they need you, you can count on them calling you.
there is no equality here. everyone is treated differently.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The longer you have worked there the more they tend to like you.
This is not a career.
Overall compensation for your work
there are no benefits or compensation. You get a pay check every two weeks and they claim to pay a gas allowance but the gas allowance doesn't add up to what you have used in gas.
they are all about image. And if you don't look good for the company you can say good bye.
Not a sable job
You go to random peoples residents and throw the party for their children. there aren't safety classes taught or sexual harassment classes. you are on your own.

What I like about the company
Its good fast money. Plus there are some nice people you work with.
What I dislike about the company
They play favorites, and work isn't distributed evenly.
