Suggestions for improvement
- Shut it down; it is connected to a church and the church elder, allows his friend to run the daycare. The directors talk about their teachers to others. They make accusations of abuse and drugs, without knowing if they are true or not. They break DCFS regulations. They have the kids cots too close together, they overcrowd the rooms, there was a smell of gas, they brought in portable heaters when the heat wasn't working. They overflow the garbage outside. They have no clue about labor laws. They threaten and do keep employees paychecks. They do not allow a place for women to pump after having had a child. They do not allow you to use the bathroom. Each room has to have a certain ratio. A teacher CANNOT leave until another employee is there. The Asst. Director does not make her rounds for the teachers. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
