Very hostile environment to work, no team atmosphere, company does not do whats best for the customer but whats in the best interest for how to make money any mean necessary.
Support from management
zero support from team leader and GM
zero team work, Management has created a used car lot atmosphere while reps piling at the door for customers.
From Regional Directors, GM and to Team leads. no clear chain of command and takes several attempts to get any kind of response.
Overall compensation for your work
company charges reps for "deactivated phones", also charges 2-3 times more in taxes, bonus structures are not achievable.
Company requires trainings that are an hour away almost bi-weekley before and after shifts. Not allowed to have adequate time off plus under constant fear of being fired

- Complete change in all aspects in order to have real growth
What I like about the company
NOTHING...was lured in with the facade of high pay to only have more than half of my pay to taken away in a pay system that could never be explained to me.
