Suggestions for improvement
- could offer flextime.
Lots of gossip, especially by management.
Takes advantage of newer employees.
Think they are laid back but really aren't.
Some of the upper management is amazing and values their employees others don't as much. There is also a lot of trash talking about coworkers and especially between managers.
Hearing the CEO talk badly about former employees is very discouraging.
Other managers did nothing to help resolve conflict even when approached. They push it off and ignore issues
There are a few great directors, others not so much. There is also a lot of discord between the directors themselves
For the most part there is a great sense of team work, however there are problems with interactions across departments and one employee in particular is very difficult to work with. There is also a sense of favoritism
