no work family life balance in customer service. Training in Risk Governance was non existant
Support from management
Mgt was all about themselves and the bottom line. There was no emphasis on training.
No one in the Risk Governance team truly worked together. Everyone was out for themselves
Freedom to work independently
Customer service was extremely micromanaged. Risk Governance never offered training so one could work independently.
