Suggestions for improvement
- Helping the agents on the phone and backing them up with the irrate providers.
I like about the employer
I like the teamwork and the friends I have made. The trainers are awesome and the in formation I am learning is great . Room for improvement and growth.
I dislike about the employer
There is favortism and sometimes when the plans change information we don't know about it. Also the providers are very distraught at times and the supervisors refuse to help us with these calls.
