Not good. Centennial advertises customer service yet charges clients for everything and have the lowest rates on CDs and highest rate on loans. Culture does not jive with missio
Some management would listen but never had enough power to overturn bad decisions made by executive management. One example is allowing a staffing program to determine your staffing needs which doesn't account for several scenarios.
Teamwork between managers and employees was good.
Communication was poor from the retail leader. If you were his drinking buddy though, the communication was great.
No place to go due to poor staffing
Salary was abysmal to what you could make in the market.
Non retail staff never helped retail staff.
Retail leader made you feel guilty for having to take off for work.
No. Customer complaints were a norm. I understood why as well. You can't promote great service and then demonstrate poor service.
If anyone in the office didn't like you and they were friends with higher ups, good luck. That seemed to happen often.
Work was mainly challenging due to low staffing. If enough enployees were present some of the more challenging work could be attempted
Executive management and even senior management had their own cliques. If you are on the wrong side...watch out.
They always paid my salary on time.
They are cheap. They don't care about middle management and below. It's all about stock price.
Compensation level poor compared to peers. Management shows favoritism to certain employees and there can be an unlevel playing field.
