- Better pay, treat employees like they are a valued asset not a necessary evil. Treat your customers well, a long term relationship, not getting them for all the $ you can.
I like about the employer
Discounts on merchandise if you like Harleys. Can purchase discounted Harley after 1 year.
I dislike about the employer
Micro managed, employees are not valued, blamed for poor sales. Owner marks up products over MSRP then blames employees for poor sales. If you are a rider, working weekends (always!) will hinder your enjoyment. Winters are very lean financially.
