Overall Compensation for your work
I was overpaid. But over worked. 50 hour weeks were minimal. 75 was not unusual. An hourly wage might have worked. They abused salaries.
The hours were frequently in excess of DOT regs; both daily and weekly.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give folks an option. I needed reasonable pay for a reasonable work load. The only option was overpay for overwork. I left.
