Supervisors do not acknowledge your hard work especially when running on short/limited staff. There is no place for growth in this company. Centerlight would rather hire from outside than promote from within.
Support from management
New employees/ supervisors / managers have know idea what they are doing..they are being thrown into titles without proper detailed training from upper management. Upper management does not communicate with the employees. We are going through a transition in which employees are not being informed of. Our company under new leadership is like a sinking ship..wouldn't recommed this company to my worst enemy.
There is no communication from management to the employees. We are on a fast downward spiral without a life jacket. Many employees have been fired or layed off because of upper management mis mananging funds and the hard working people who helped this company are suffering by receiving pink slips.
Office / Work Environment
Well since you can't go to the kitchen for water or coffe without it being a problem from upper management...its like working in a concentration camp.
No job security..layoffs going on right now..run dont walk away..many current employees looking for jobs..everything is a mess with Centerlight ( finances, we owe money to companies) many of our vendors haven't been paid for months and are refusing to work with us.
What I like about the company
I like Centerlight when it used to be CCM since the name changed and new management the company has never been the same.
