The bottom line is more important that the employee
Support from management
The management is composed of people who will do anything to make themselves look good. Whether it's taking credit for an employee's idea, or making up false accusations to find reasons to terminate.
They preach teamwork bu the manager there pits people against each other
Freedom to work independently
Micromanaging is the method of management here. You cannot breathe, eat, sleep or use facilities without someone telling you how.
Rules change at the whim of those in leadership- usually without notice (This goes for the corporate owner, Trueblue as well)
Overall compensation for your work
Very high stress environment, they slash pay, strip titles and then cut hours (across the board), requiring more work in less time.
Office / Work Environment
Crowded, cliquey, and overall biased.
Centerline expects you to give up everything "for the good of the company." You are married to your job here.
Used to be a great place for employee development. Now one wrong move will get you fired, or demoted (even a correct move if management just doesn't like you)
The elevator is almost always broken.
Hard to get hurt in an office- but people stay late, after dark, and it's not the best neighborhood.
